Outpatient Therapist

Mary graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Masters in Mental Health Counseling. She has worked in community mental health for the last year working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She previously worked as a behavioral health technician and also has experience working with adults. Through this work, Mary has had the opportunity to gain experience working in systems such as community-based, home-based, residential, school-based, and the outpatient setting with a wide variety of mental and behavioral health concerns.

Mary strives to meet people where they are and hopes to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can feel heard. She uses a strengths-based model where she believes that the client comes as the expert in their own life. In her approach, she incorporates evidence-based techniques that are tailored to each individual client. She works collaboratively with the client to focus on what is most important to them. Mary is dedicated to supporting and empowering clients through their healing journey.
