I pride myself on creating a safe and secure place where you can explore feelings and be empowered. Therapy is an important self care activity that can create real change and have multiple benefits.
For whatever brings you to therapy, we will find a flow that works best. My style is non-judgmental, caring and authentic. We will learn skills and strategies that work individually for your experiences while we set and reach goals. I have experience working with adults, adolescents and children starting at age 5, as well as couples and families. Currently, I am accepting clients ages 18 and up.
I use a trauma informed, integrative and holistic approach to meet you wherever you are in your journey. I use interventions from Person-Centered therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) with elements drawn from Mindfulness and somatic work.
