Mary Beth is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is finishing her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision to further enhance her ability to serve the community, clients, and counselors alike. She has a deep commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring that she can offer the most effective and compassionate care possible. She values working with individuals from all social identities and races/ethnicities, and is committed to the value of social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusivity in all aspects of her work.
Mary Beth specializes in working with adolescents, couples, and adults, and has experience supporting those who struggle with mood issues, postpartum and peripartum challenges, autism, spiritual issues, obsessions-compulsions, panic, generalized anxiety, grief, relationship issues, trauma, cultural issues, adjustment, development, and sex and gender related issues. Her therapeutic philosophy is rooted in an inclusive, empathetic, collaborative, and affirming environment, combined with the belief that everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to explore their unique healing process. Mary Beth is passionate about providing gender and sexuality affirming care, and is also a dedicated LGBTQ+ ally.
Outside of her professional life, she finds joy in spending time outdoors, biking, running, and swimming.
