Mark earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from LaSalle University and has over 7 years clinical experience. He has received advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Working in community mental health and opioid addiction, Mark gained an appreciation for the role trauma plays in many mental health issues. He pursued additional trauma training, earning the designation of certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP). Mark has received extensive training in meditation of various traditions, and is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher with over 15 years of personal practice.
Mark works with adults and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, and the effects of trauma. He provides a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients to feel seen, heard and understood. Within this space, he works collaboratively with clients to develop personal insight and find new perspectives on the challenges that brought them to therapy. Mark passionately believes in the healing power of therapy and in each client’s capacity to learn and grow.
