You can expect Andie to provide a safe, supportive, and accepting space for you as you share your story. Her goal is for you to feel seen and heard. Andie earned her Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UMSL and is currently under the supervision of Clinic Director, Krystal Skipper, MA, LPC while gaining her hours as a Provisionally Licensed Therapist (PLPC). Andie has worked with adolescents and adults within agency, group, and college settings. We all have individualized needs and sometimes addressing our mental health can be scary; Andie utilizes strategies from CBT, person centered, solution focused, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to create a personalized experience you feel most comfortable in. Andie has experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, boundary setting, interpersonal relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, substance use, identity development, and grief. Outside of work she loves to read, crochet, spend time outside, paint, and watch her favorite shows.
