Marilyn is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist who works with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relational stress. She integrates cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, psychodynamic, and attachment-based approaches through a trauma-informed lens, recognizing how early experiences and family systems influence present challenges.

Marilyn is certified as an Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP) and has experience supporting individuals impacted by substance use concerns. She also facilitates group therapy and communication-based workshops.

With experience serving military and first responder communities, Marilyn creates a steady, collaborative space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
