People are my passion and my focus is to support others as they navigate their life journey!
I have worked with a wide range of individuals in all stages and walks of life. Most of my clients have struggled to create, build and/or maintain connections/relationships in their lives and/or feel at peace. I have worked with clients who struggle with anxiety, PTSD, anger issues, personality disorder, depression, stress, insomnia and more.
My humanistic approach is established in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behavior. This guides them in making the changes and decisions, and helps them understand they can choose how to respond to events despite difficult circumstances.
My priority is to ensure that my clients feel comfortable, heard and believe they are an equal partner in the therapeutic process.
