Mariana Marinucci, MSW, LSW

Therapist

Welcome, and thank you for being here. No one has to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether someone is feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy can offer a space to breathe, reflect, and rebuild. She works with individuals and couples who are ready to explore their emotions, relationships, and past experiences in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

Her approach is collaborative and compassionate. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Exposure Therapy, all while holding deep respect for each person’s unique story and identity. Her areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, couples and relationship issues, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions.

As a therapist, she believes in showing up as a real human being. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or clinical—it can be a space for insight, humor, depth, and healing. Whether someone is ready to begin therapy or simply curious, she is honored to meet each person exactly where they are.
