Manique S.B., LCSW, is trained in evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), play therapy and sand tray therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to support emotional regulation, trauma processing, and resilience-building.
She is passionate about creating a space where children, teens, and adults feel safe, supported, and truly seen. She enjoys helping clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, navigating interpersonal issues and life’s many transitions while building confidence and healthy coping skills along the way.
Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique strengths and experiences. Manique believes healing happens through genuine connection and a little creativity, often incorporating play and interactive activities into sessions.
Outside of the therapy room, she loves spending time with family/friends, reading, cooking, painting, and hanging out with her cat, Kash!
