Maitland is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) who earned her BA in Psychology from Anderson University and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College. She has supported college students, adults, and groups in a variety of therapeutic settings.

Maitland’s approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness, tailored to each client’s needs. She helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, body image concerns, adjustment challenges, relationship difficulties, crisis situations, and life transitions, and offers faith-integrated counseling.
