Madison is a mental health counselor pursuing licensure as an LMHC. She has earned her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire.
Madison believes that being authentic and living in alignment with one’s values are essential to emotional well-being. In her work, she helps clients explore what feels true to them, identify patterns or external stressors that may be impacting their mental health, and work toward creating a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. She creates a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly share their experiences and feel genuinely heard.
Madison primarily works with young adults and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. She also provides affirming care to individuals within the LGBTQ+ community.
Madison takes a collaborative approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and supporting them in building self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and making changes that align with their personal goals and values.
