Madhu Khare is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. She specializes in working with teens, young adults, and families, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and major life transitions.
Madhu utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy. She is passionate about helping clients, especially young women, who may feel stuck or unmotivated, guiding them toward empowerment and positive change. Madhu also works closely with parents and teenagers to improve communication and strengthen relationships.
As a bilingual therapist, Madhu offers sessions in both English and Hindi, creating a welcoming space for clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She believes that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and she meets her clients where they are, providing a supportive and nonjudgmental environment for self-exploration. She finds deep fulfillment in helping individuals build self-confidence, embrace their identity, and take meaningful steps toward a life that aligns with their values.
Outside of therapy, Madhu enjoys training for half and full marathons and traveling with her husband and two daughters.
