Navigating life can be difficult, but everyone has the capacity to live their most authentic and best life through insight, connections, resiliency, growth, and healing. I use a holistic, person-centered and collaborative approach to therapy where each client’s treatment plan is personalized to their needs. In doing so, I strive to provide a safe and all-inclusive space for clients. My experiences include working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, and career exploration. I am also passionate about helping LGBTQIA+ folx explore their identities and understand their lived experiences. At home, I like to practice self-care by cuddling my kitten, Stormi, playing video games with my partner, making new art projects, journaling, and cooking up new recipes.
