Macy Khangura, APCC

Therapist

In my therapy practice, I offer a warm, interactive, and often playful approach, helping clients develop self-regulation and deeper insight. I draw from a blend of talk therapy, somatic techniques, Internal Family Systems (IFS), sandtray, and Brainspotting to support healing and growth.

My focus is on creating a safe and supportive space—especially for those who may have never felt safety before—where clients can reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom.

I work with a diverse range of adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, and those seeking to heal from trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, non-monogamous relationships, and neurodivergent clients.

I hold a Master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University and regularly integrate mindfulness practices into our work together.
