Mackenzie Carpenter, MS/NCC

Therapist

Mackenzie received their Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. I use dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy with individuals and families navigating their experiences with suicidal ideation, self- harm, and emotion regulation.

Starting therapy can be intimidating, and I strive to make vulnerable moments safe by creating an environment where your emotions and judgments about life and people can be heard and processed, whether through tears, laughter, or plain talking. Whether you are 5 or 99, there is a place for you to cry, laugh, and talk with me.
