Lynn Angelo, LCHMC, MLADC

Hi, my name is Lynn. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC), and a master licensed alcohol and drug counselor (MLADC). I am kind and genuine and build my sessions around getting to know you and working with you to get where you want to go. I will work with you to learn skills along the way. My approach to therapy is meeting you where you are at. I am trained in CBT, DBT, DBT-PE, CPT and motivational interviewing. I work with many different types of clients and diagnoses such as substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders and have an interest in couples counseling. I look forward to meeting, and working with you and being a part of your therapeutic journey.
