Lyndsey Sebok, PLPC, enjoys working with young children, individuals, and families. She has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health and Professional Counseling. Lyndsey brings curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to learn alongside her clients.
She believes therapy should feel safe, supportive, and welcoming, especially for children who may have a hard time putting feelings into words. She values collaboration with caregivers and works to create a space where both children and adults feel heard, respected, and supported.
Lyndsey is committed to ongoing learning, ethical care, and supporting clients through each step of their therapeutic journey.
