Hi, I’m Liz! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I work with people of all ages, but I have a soft spot for working with kids and families — there’s something really special about watching connection and growth unfold within a family system.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which is all about getting to know and care for the different “parts” of ourselves. I love this approach because it helps people feel more connected, balanced, and whole — without judgment or shame. It’s especially powerful for children and families, who often find it easier to relate to the idea that we all have different parts that need attention, understanding, and care.
I integrate a variety of other modalities into my work as well, such as: CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, logotherapy, and family-focused interventions. My style is warm, relational, and a little playful. I believe therapy should feel human so I like to bring in art, humor, and other forms of creative expression to make the process feel more natural.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, mood struggles, or family challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you. My goal is to create a space where you can be your full, authentic self and explore what it means to feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with who you truly are.
