I am a holistic counselor who believes in addressing the root causes of emotional and mental health challenges, rather than just managing symptoms. My approach integrates traditional therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, while also exploring the impact of diet, lifestyle, and overall wellness on mental health.
I work with individuals and families ages 10 and up, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions to support accessibility and comfort. As an EMDR-trained clinician, I incorporate trauma-informed techniques to help clients process past experiences and move toward healing.
My areas of focus include anxiety disorders, life transitions, and gender identity and sexuality. I strive to create a supportive, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and build meaningful, lasting change.
Evening and weekend appointments are available to accommodate a variety of schedules.
