Healing doesn’t mean you have to do it on your own. I help adults, young adults, and fellow therapists find relief from anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and the weight of past experiences through therapy that feels grounded, compassionate, and practical.
As a therapist trained in EMDR, I work with people who spend most of their lives caring for others and are now ready to focus on their own healing. Many of my clients are healthcare professionals, teachers, first responders, and therapists who have learned to carry stress quietly and just keep going. In our work together, we create space to slow down, process what’s been weighing on you, and reconnect with your sense of balance and confidence.
I also help clients who want to understand and shift long-standing family patterns. When you start to see how stress and emotional habits have been passed down through generations, therapy can help you break those cycles and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
In sessions, I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). These approaches help your mind and body work together so you can feel calm, clear, and more like yourself again.
My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel understood and supported, with space to reflect and practical tools to create lasting change.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to finally take care of yourself the way you care for others, I’d be honored to support you.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cycling, and spending time with my family. Staying active and connected helps me stay present and grounded, just as I help my clients find ways to do the same.
