Lily Andrews, MA

Therapist

As a therapist, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe that healing and growth happen through genuine connection, and I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth and support.

Let’s be honest—growing up is hard, and “adulting” doesn’t come with an instruction manual. I am skilled in working with transitional-age adults facing challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, self-esteem issues, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and am affirming of LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse identities.

In therapy, I believe healing happens in the context of a safe and supportive relationship. You don’t have to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll work to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your own life.
