Lilly is an LMSW who is passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults through life’s challenges and transitions. She brings a warm, grounded presence to her work, creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.
Before joining her current practice, Lilly worked in a residential VA mental
ealth and substance use program, where she facilitated groups focused on emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, relapse prevention, and trauma-informed coping skills. This experience strengthened her belief in the importance of resilience, connection, and meeting clients where they are in their healing journey.
Lilly specializes in helping teens manage anxiety, school and sports stress, shifting friendships, motivation, identity development, and family communication. As a former collegiate volleyball player, she understands the unique pressures student-athletes face and enjoys helping them build confidence, balance, and healthy coping skills. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based strategies to support emotional regulation and personal growth.
