Hi! My name is Lee, and I am an Associate Licensed Counselor with a passion for working with children, families, and young adults. My orientation as a therapist includes utilizing techniques mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My main goal as a therapist is for you to feel like you have someone to support you when you’re having your worst days, your best days, and everything in between. I strive to create a warm environment that is nonjudgmental, empathetic, and centered around what you need from this space each time we meet. We cannot always control what happens to us, but with the right tools, we can work to control how we pick ourselves up and move forward, and I would love to be there to help walk you through that journey.
