Lauren is an associate therapist dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. She earned her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from
Wake Forest University after completing her B.A. in Psychology at New York University, with minors in Sociology and Child & Adolescent Mental Studies.

Lauren takes an integrative, strengths-based approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment, and humanistic therapies. She is passionate about mood disorders, women’s and maternal mental health, supporting teens and adults through life transitions, and helping clients with personal growth and development. Lauren provides a safe, compassionate, judgment-free space where clients can build resilience, improve well-being, and move from simply surviving to truly thriving.
