Lauren is a Wisconsin native who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University. Lauren has worked with individuals from all backgrounds and brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding to her work. She has experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance abuse, and identity issues. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and growth. Using a trauma-informed lens, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused techniques to meet each client where they are. Lauren believes we’re always evolving, and that therapy can be a powerful part of that process. She’s dedicated to creating a supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore, heal, and reconnect with their most authentic, resilient selves. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find Lauren reading a good book, planning her next travel adventure, or on the hunt for the perfect iced latte.
