Lauren Sabella, LMHC, CMHC, CCATP, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire, with a certification in clinical anxiety treatment. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in trauma from Cambridge College and has over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. Lauren has worked across a range of settings, including residential programs, group homes, in-home therapy, and schools. She is also a Licensed School Adjustment Counselor and has served as a district behavioral health coach, bringing valuable insight into school-based mental health systems. In addition to her clinical work, Lauren is an experienced supervisor who has supported clinicians and families from diverse backgrounds.

Lauren specializes in trauma-informed care and treats a variety of mental and behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges in younger children. She takes an integrative and individualized approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), person-centered, and goal-oriented therapies. Lauren believes therapy works best when clients are actively engaged in the process and she strives to foster a collaborative and empowering therapeutic environment.
