Lauren graduated from the University of Denver with her Master’s in Social Work, with a focus on mental health and trauma. She works with clients of all ages and identities and has experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance issues, identity exploration, and life transitions, and is experienced working with neurodivergent clients, including individuals on the autism spectrum, and affirms LGBTQ+ identities.
Lauren uses an emotionally focused, trauma-informed approach and integrates CBT, DBT, strengths-based therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Motivational Interviewing to meet each client’s unique needs in a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space.
Outside of her clinical work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her five pets, being outdoors, and engaging in movement and self-care.
