Lauren is a provisionally licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Albany. She provides a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to create meaningful change. She believes that therapy is not about “fixing” people, but about helping them reconnect with their values, strengths, and capacity for healing. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices, while remaining flexible and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals. Lauren has experience working with individuals of various ages and diverse backgrounds and is passionate about helping clients manage depression, anxiety, life transitions, and more.
She specializes in working with children and teens, specifically, by providing a welcoming space to explore their emotions, build coping skills, and develop confidence in themselves. Above all, Lauren believes that healing happens through connection, and she is honored to walk along-side clients on their path towards greater balance and emotional well-being.
