Lauren Miller, LPC-IT

Therapist

My goal for sessions is for you to feel empowered and strengthen your ability to handle life’s stressors. I strive to create, and maintain, a space where authenticity and empathy are always held in high regard. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person‐Centered Therapy as anchors in my practice, but I also draw on whatever therapeutic method best suits the person and situation.

My focus is to offer a compassionate, safe, and non‑judgmental space where we’ll work toward clarity, healing, and the truest version of yourself; without pressure or predetermined paths. My focus in counseling is centered on working with late teens and adults, providing individual and couples counseling. I specialize in areas including; anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, postpartum/prenatal challenges, stress, and trauma.

I know how overwhelming it can feel when emotional pain, stress, or change begins to interfere with daily life, and it is my goal to help you move toward greater stability, self‑compassion, and strength. Together, we’ll walk this path and equip you to step into your life with renewed confidence, authenticity, and hope.
