Lauren (she/her) believes it is a privilege for her to walk alongside clients in their journey of life and healing. She has a strong passion for social justice displaying a call to action for us to live in a more equitable world. She creates a safe place where individuals from all walks of life and all identities can authentically be themselves without judgment, and be truly seen, heard, and understood.

Lauren has a strong background in youth development, case management, and crisis support- particularly with LGBTQIA+ communities, adolescents, and school aged children. Lauren works with those ages 5 and up specializing in late childhood, adolescence to young adulthood.

Lauren’s passion to help other growth and meet their goals has allowed her the opportunity to work with a variety of client concerns: traumas, complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, dissociation, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, self harm/injury, suicide concerns, eating concerns, substance use concerns, interpersonal difficulties, and finding ones authentic self.
