Lauren is a patient, thoughtful, and intuitive mental health counselor who believes everyone has a story to tell and a voice to be heard. She earned her M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University (Go Huskies!) and is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are and growing at their own pace.
Lauren’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity. Lauren tailors therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals, and works with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, sleep concerns, and life transitions.
Lauren draws from CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
Outside the office, Lauren enjoys yoga sculpt, trying new recipes, reading, traveling, writing, and going to live music events. She also loves exploring art, spending time with her dog, discovering new neighborhoods and shops, and making memories with friends and family.
