I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my Masters in Family Therapy/Counseling at UMASS. I have been conducting therapy for over 25 years, working with a wide range of ages 3 through 80. My specialty is working with young children and their families.
I use play therapy to help children cope with trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety and social confidence. I also have extensive experience with special needs children and their families.
I have worked with women diagnosed with Bipolar and a wide range of personality disorders. I have helped them manage depression, anxiety, and OCD, increasing their coping skills and empowerment.
