Lakeisha is a graduate of Liberty University with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She brings years of experience working with adolescents and adults across a variety of settings. Lakeisha has supported individuals, couples, and families navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, life transitions, marital and premarital counseling. Lakeisha’s therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, interpersonal therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, Gottman couples therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
She also provides faith-based and spiritually-affirming care when aligned with a client’s values and preferences. In her free time, Lakeisha is birdwatching with her husband, getting a run in, spending time with friends, baking, crafting, or thrifting.
