Supervised by Tara Bates, MSW, LCSW-S
I believe everyone deserves a life defined by ease, connection, and moments of joy—yet I also know that life can feel heavy, confusing, and completely overwhelming. If you’re feeling burned out, sad, stuck, or just not like yourself, you aren’t alone, and you don’t have to have it all figured out to start.
For Parents & Adolescents
If your home has become a battleground of constant friction or a place of frustrating silence, it doesn’t have to stay this way. I specialize in helping parents who feel they’ve lost their compass and teenagers who feel they are drowning in anxiety, depression, or the crushing pressure to be “perfect.”
I’m not here to be another “judge-y” adult or to tell you how to parent. With 20 years of experience understanding how people tick, I help teens find their voice and parents find their footing. Whether we’re navigating trauma, complex family dynamics, ADHD, anger, or low self-esteem, my goal is to help you hear yourself and others again and swap the burnout for genuine connection.
For Women & Adults in Transition
For the woman who feels exhausted, numb, or is navigating a major life shift, I offer a space that is judgment-free. Whether you are dealing with trauma, relationship challenges, or the unique hurdles of “holding it all together,” I bring a real-world, sociological lens to our work. We’ll look at how the world around you shapes how you feel, using tools like CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy tailored specifically to your life—not a textbook.
My Approach: Real Support for Real Life
I am known for my warmth, insights, and ability to truly listen. I welcome your honesty—even your doubts about therapy itself. We can meet in person or virtually; whether it’s in your car, during a lunch break, or between meetings, I will meet you wherever you can carve out time for your mental health.
You can come as you are. I am honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and lasting change.
I am always TEAM YOU.
