Kristina is a graduate of Fairfield University with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University. She has earned a concentration in Sexual and Gender Minority Mental Health and has experience working with the LGBTQ+ community. She enjoys helping individuals, couples, and families through life’s inherent challenges, with a person-centered and holistic approach to therapy. Her experience also includes working with military veterans and their families, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, and autism.
