Starting therapy can feel intimidating. Most people reach out when something just isn’t working anymore — maybe you’re overwhelmed, stuck in the same arguments, anxious all the time, burned out at work, or wondering why things that “shouldn’t be so hard” feel so heavy. You don’t need a diagnosis to deserve support, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in community mental health. I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and families and I’ve met people in all kinds of situations — from managing significant mental health symptoms to simply feeling stressed, disconnected, or unhappy in their relationships or daily lives.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood — while also helping you develop real tools you can use outside of therapy. I believe therapy should not only provide insight, but also help you experience meaningful change in your daily life.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing as well as my years of experience to help people:
• manage anxiety and mood symptoms
• improve emotional regulation
• strengthen relationships and communication
• navigate life transitions
• build confidence and self-awareness
• break unhelpful patterns and habits
I am passionate about working with both individuals and families, and I tailor treatment to each person’s goals, strengths, and values. Together, we identify what’s not working, understand why, and develop skills that help you move forward with greater clarity and balance.
You don’t have to wait until things fall apart to get support. Sometimes therapy is simply a place to breathe, think clearly, and move forward with more confidence.
If you’re ready to start, I’d be happy to connect.
