I am passionate about working with pre-teens and teens, and I deeply value opportunities to support the parents and families who care for them. I also enjoy working with women across the lifespan, with a special focus on postpartum, perimenopausal, and postmenopausal experiences. I have extensive experience supporting women during the postpartum period and understand the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that can come with these transitions. I am committed to creating an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals navigating trauma, including childhood sexual abuse, as well as postpartum depression, anxiety, ADHD, neurodiversity, and mood disorders such as depression. I approach therapy with a trauma-informed lens and strive to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their healing process.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I tailor my approach to each individual, meeting clients where they are and helping them build insight, resilience, and meaningful change in their lives.
