Kristen Roberts is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in school social work and outpatient therapy. Her hope as a therapist is to help you unpack whatever stressors you face and develop a plan for growth. She values an empathetic and strengths-based approach and looks forward to celebrating your successes along the way, however you define them. She provides individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and adults with various needs; specializing in anxiety, neurodivergence, school-related challenges, depression, and family conflict. Other areas of interest and focus include trauma, LGBTQ, mindfulness/yoga, and general social-emotional-behavioral concerns.
Kristen completed both her Bachelor and Masters degrees in social work. Her Masters Degree focused on school social work practice. She desired to grow professionally and obtained her LCSW in 2021.
Kristen’s personal interests include trying new restaurants, spending time with family, yoga, relaxing in nature, and drinking lattes.
