Kiley brings a warm, curious, and attentive presence to her therapy sessions. She is passionate about supporting individuals navigating life’s challenges, including grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and difficult emotions. Kiley enjoys working with people from all walks of life, including those with disabilities, diverse backgrounds, and unique or complex life experiences. Having worked with clients both abroad and in the U.S., she has a special interest in helping individuals navigate transitions, such as moving to a new city or country, adjusting to life as an expat or immigrant, or facing other significant life changes.
Described by clients as open, empathetic, and collaborative, Kiley meets people where they are, focusing on what feels most natural and necessary for each individual. Her goal is to co-create a safe and supportive space where clients can feel present, process their experiences, practice healthier coping strategies, and grow toward their goals.
Kiley practices at Ellie Mental Health under the clinical supervision of Maya Sanchez, LMHC, Clinical Director. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, spending quiet moments by the water, and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
