Kevin DiPalma, MA (he/him)

Therapist

Kevin DiPalma is a therapist who values honesty, empathy, and genuine connection in the therapeutic process. He earned his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston and is committed to creating a space where clients feel safe to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what they’re going through.

Kevin works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and challenges related to stress, self-worth and emotional well-being. His approach is grounded in person-centered principles, meeting clients with respect, curiosity, and a belief in their capacity to grow. He integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts influence their emotions and behavior, and uses Motivational Interviewing to support those feeling uncertain or conflicted about change.

Kevin sees therapy as a collaborative process – one that helps people build insight, strengthen their sense of self, and develop tools that support long-term well‑being. He aims to offer a steady, nonjudgmental presence where clients can explore their experiences openly and move toward a life that feels more aligned and meaningful.
