Hello, I’m Keren—a bilingual therapist originally from Mexico, deeply committed to supporting individuals and families on their healing journey. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (2012) and a Master’s in Psychology (2018).
With experience working across both Mexico and the United States, I bring a culturally responsive lens to my practice. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where people feel heard, respected, and empowered. One of the most fulfilling parts of my work is witnessing personal growth and being able to walk alongside my clients through meaningful change.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, family dynamics, trauma, parenting, and women’s issues. I provide individual and family therapy for children (ages 8+), adolescents, and adults.
Outside the therapy room, I find joy in nature, sunsets, and—most importantly—spending time with my family, which I consider the heart of my life. I also love to travel and explore new places.
