Kendle Parsons, MA, LPC

Therapist

Hi, I’m Kendle—it’s great to meet you. I believe seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore whatever brings you in.

My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I draw from my training in art therapy and over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I often incorporate art therapy to help clients access and express emotions that may be hard to articulate with words alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, creative expression can open up new pathways to healing and self-understanding. No artistic experience is necessary—just a willingness to be curious. Art therapy can be especially powerful for those who feel overwhelmed by verbal processing or are looking for alternative ways to connect with their inner world.

Healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Together, we can explore what’s holding you back and work toward a more grounded, authentic version of yourself. I look forward to connecting with you.
