Kendall works with adults of all ages to navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, identity/self-worth, and more. They are a queer-friendly therapist with experience supporting clients of diverse cultural, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds.
Kendall provides a judgment-free space for you to bring your whole self, or any part that needs to be heard. His approach to therapy is client-centered and IFS-informed, utilizing CBT to help change unhelpful thought patterns and DBT skills to manage and accept emotions.
Kendall earned their Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. In session, Kendall strives to validate your experiences as well as challenge ways of thinking that could be keeping you stuck. Outside of the office, Kendall will probably be eating something spicy, maybe playing video games with his husband, and definitely listening to music.
