Kaylee Parrish, CT

Counselor Trainee

Kaylee is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at the University of Cincinnati, where she is working toward earning her master’s degree in 2027. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wright State University.

Kaylee has a special interest in working with women, young mothers, and individuals navigating trauma, ADHD, and anxiety. Her counseling approach emphasizes empathy, self-awareness, and the belief that healing begins with understanding and self-compassion. She aims to support clients in building resilience, developing healthy boundaries, and finding greater balance and fulfillment in their lives.

Kaylee is deeply passionate about helping others heal from generational patterns and cultivate emotional well-being. Her own life experiences have shaped a strong sense of empathy, adaptability, and intentionality in her work.

Outside the counseling room, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and loved ones, cooking, practicing photography, and being outdoors. Kaylee hopes to make a positive impact by helping each client feel seen, supported, and empowered to continue writing their own story of growth and change.
