Kayla Rice is the Director of Psychiatric Operations at Ellie Mental Health, where she oversees medication management, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and intensive outpatient programming (IOP), while ensuring innovative, high-quality psychiatric care. She is also a certified Brainsway TMS Operator with a strong passion for advancing mental health treatments, particularly in the growing field of non-invasive brain stimulation for conditions such as depression, OCD, and other emerging indications.
Prior to joining Ellie, Kayla gained extensive experience in mental health, including leading a multi-site TMS program, supporting a First Episode Psychosis program, and working within partial hospitalization programs. This diverse background has equipped her with deep expertise in program development, operations, and patient-centered care.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and boating in the summertime!
