Hi, my name is Kayla! I have a passion for helping others, and have known I wanted to do this job since I was 14. I am a licensed mental health counselor in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. I work with children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families. I believe in a client centered approach, and the importance of building a therapeutic connection.
My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, self harm, suicidal ideation and bullying. It’s my goal to bring awareness to mental health issues. Let’s end the stigma.
