Kayla is passionate about walking alongside clients on their healing journey, creating a safe and supportive space built on compassion and trust.
She works with teens (14+) through adults and seniors, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. Kayla specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, and self-esteem challenges.
Her approach combines Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness techniques, all tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
