Katie comes to Ellie with 20 years of experience in the Healthcare industry, with the last 15 at vRad, a national radiology practice. She is a compassionate leader, focused on building successful teams that work as a family. In her previous role, she fostered a strong family atmosphere where each of her team members cared about each other on a personal level, which resulted in tremendous success and the team achieving great things. Katie is excited to bring this leadership style to Ellie and leverage her knowledge of managing healthcare operations on a national level. She is not afraid to roll up her sleeves – you will often find her in a deep dive meeting with her team, finding unique solutions to the problems facing our franchises and Minnesota practices.
Katie and her husband have four wonderful boys and live in Bloomington, MN. She enjoys many hobbies including skiing, biking, sewing, and Monarch butterfly conservation. Katie has a passion for social justice and equality and puts this into practice by serving as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Twin Cities Pride.
