I graduated from the Indiana University School of Social Work in Indianapolis in 2011 with my MSW and have been an LCSW for the past eight years. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of adult populations, specializing in substance use, relapse prevention, and mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, and trauma.
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and client-centered, focused on creating a safe environment where individuals can process challenges and lead their own path to healing. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, REBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am open to working with individuals from diverse populations, experiences, and preferences.
