Kathlynne Harold George is an LPC-Candidate who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and support. She believes therapy should be a space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment.
Kathlynne enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. She strives to support clients in building resilience, developing healthy coping skills, and moving toward meaningful personal growth.
Her counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches. She values creating a culturally sensitive and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable being their authentic selves.
As an international counseling graduate and mental health professional, Kathlynne understands the importance of empathy, adaptability, and honoring each person’s unique background and life experiences. She is passionate about supporting clients through healing, self-discovery, and positive change at their own pace.
Outside of counseling, Kathlynne enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, listening to music, exploring new experiences, and practicing self-care and personal reflection.
She understands that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming and is honored to walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing and growth.
